The app was the core function of the platform, from here a user could track everything about their day. They could document their step data, heart rate, caloric intake & burn, water, food, and sleep data. They are also able to chat internally with health coach, to further and expand on their health goals.
The web was expanded to see all updates for a user, allowing for quick overviews on all of their stats. The web service offers all the same chat features as the mobile version.
